Refund & Return Policy

At ZOHSAN ALAN, we want every customer to have a great shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, opened, used, sprayed, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return or exchange may be accepted if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Damaged Products

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Please provide clear photos/videos of:

• The outer packaging

• The product

• The damaged area

• Your order details

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only available for eligible cases approved by ZOHSAN ALAN.

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened perfumes

• Used or sprayed perfumes

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

• Products without their original packaging

• Products returned without prior approval

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting ZOHSAN ALAN.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because we sent the wrong or damaged product, ZOHSAN ALAN may cover the applicable return/replacement shipping cost.

Returns for other reasons may be subject to shipping charges.
